Course Description

This NVQ is aimed at students who are in work roles where they are have a responsibility for the work of others as they lead a team, usually of colleagues. The aim of the NVQ is to provide candidates with a qualification recognise first level generic management and leadership skills. The objective is to provide a stepping stone into management and supervisory roles for those individuals in the workplace who are at the first level of decision making.

This award is for manager / supervisors and it leads to qualifications in management. This qualification is also for those people who are working in terms or cells, whether as a team leader, co-ordinator or a team member.

 

This qualification is also essential to study the next level (Management level 3)
