Aims & Objectives

To provide participants with a body knowledge, this will allow them to: Appreciate and apply human resource theory in the working environment, understand the importance of human resource development to the success of a business, to make a positive contribution to the work of a human resource management department and to increase and enhance employment opportunities within human resource development industry.

Requirements
  1. Diploma in Business Studies at grades A, B or C (or equivalent)
  2. A first degree
  3. A higher National Diploma in Business Studies
  4. Mature candidate with no formal qualification will be considered based on experience.
